It is a hard slog to start any business (I've been involved with 3). You can't go into anything new (let alone alternate to mainstream) and expect it to go well from the start: it takes time. You've got to hang-in there for a while. Set a date in the future (eg, 12 months) to have a review/reflection on how it's gone, then make decisions on directions.
Will also be giving you a press release for the launch of my new book in a month or so. It's fairly outside the orthodox paradigm also. Also setting up a substack site. Altho I don't know how I send a press release to you(?)
